We got down to the beach around 10 a.m. this morning. The weather was perfect. Not too hot, the water was warm, there were decent waves. Spent most of the time in the water boogie boarding. While not in the water, I got some reading done in In a Pit with a Lion on a Snowy Day. It’s based on Benaiah from 2 Samuel 23:20-21. Here are some of the quotes that jumped out at me from the first 2 chapters:
