Jaime says tonight’s results show was like Jesus Camp. There was the southern country band singing “This little light” (Seriously, that’s the best they could come up with for America’s best new band?), Dolly Parton singing about Jesus and Gravity (Overall a dumb song, but funny to hear her say Alleluia to Simon) and then Brooke’s comments about why she was crying.
I’m good with Ramiele getting the boot, and I suspect some of the other idols might be ok with that as well. Now it get’s difficult, because someone good is going to go home next week. So far, a good Top 8.
Our Fantasy Idol standings:

The Clark Brothers were the winner of an American Idol type show called “America’s Best New Band” or something like that. Buffalo’s Johnny Reznick was a judge. Family Life Network radio station stumped for contestant Denver & the Mile High Orchestra but also mentioned that The Clark Brothers were Christian.
We still have one more easy week at AI – Kristy Lee can get the boot without much fanfare – she has been in the bottom 3 for weeks now.
Your Syesha broke a big rule of the judges – don’t sing songs by the divas! They always criticize people who sing Whitney or Mariah or Celine.
Yea, I knew the Clark Brothers won that show, I’m just disappointed that’s the best America could put forward for best new band. 🙂
I would agree with you about Kristy Lee, but I’m hoping she doesn’t go since I have no chance of winning my own Fantasy Idol competition, but Jaime does. If Kristy gets the boot, she’ll probably end up losing.
Syesha’s song choice was a problem… The first time through the chorus was shaky, but I thought she did well the second time. Well enough to avoid the bottom three anyway.
